An Odd Case of a PE on Two Queues

-- add smp.pe to two distinct queues
-- the two queues are hosted on the same hostgroup and mutually subordinate
that that hosts are dynamically moved from one queue to the other
-- to submit to smp.pe, simple select smp.pe and do not select a queue
-- usually fine, except:
-- sge schedules a four process smp job with two processes in one of
the queues and two in the other, on the SAME host --- the mutual
subordination results in both queues on that host being suspended
and the job stops!!!!!!
