  • About 80 CPUs from old NGS kit and an old research group cluster;
  • 15TB diskspace;
  • Some CPUs linked by Myrinet.
Topology
  • One submit node only;
  • old NGS kit at UMIST, other kit in Kilburn — private networks linked by IP tunnelling.

  • Parallel (MPI) jobs under Condor available!
