Fedora 10 Installer Network Config Bug
With the Fedora 10 network-install CD, boot, choose not to use DHCP, fill in the IP, netmask, gateway and DNS server and. . . A dialogue box appears telling me that network configuration failed! Only option is to click OK! This happens repeatedly; yet Crtl-Alt-F2-ing into a shell shows that the network is actually working fine.
Booting the network-install CD into text mode (add text to the kernel command-line options) and all is well. . .
