Working with Uniras Graphics

Known Problems

• Both the Sun compiler and Uniras come with libF77 (within uniras7.1/7v1/lib/F77 and SUNWspro/lib). If you pick up the wrong one you may get Unresolved symbol errors.
  
  
• If you get see the message "Vendor library for driver MX11 not available", then the problem is known about by AVS. According to http://www.avsuk.com/support/tm/problems/7v2/ftbs/ftb723.htm,

        This is because the order for resolving functions appears to have 
        changed in this release and AVS dummy versions of the X11 functions 
        are being used  instead of the real ones from SGI.  AVS provides dummy 
        versions of these functions for customers trying to link without X11 
        libraries.  In previous releases the dummy functions were only picked 
        up if the real functions were not available.
